The large, airy apartment has two bedrooms - one king, and the other with a queen and twin bed to accommodate up to 5 people. Each room has its own private balcony entrance to the infinity pool with attached jacuzzi, waterfall and stairs to beach access. Share an over sized jack and jill bathroom with double vanity, full mirror and spacious glass block shower with rainforest head.

Absorb incredible views of the turquoise Caribbean from the entertainment lounge which has cable TV, CD/MP3 stereo player, DVD and VHS collections.

This contemporary glass-front home, located on a narrow strip of land surrounded by water, faces both the Caribbean Ocean on one side and the Bay of Mujeres on the other. The concept of `living outside inside` was emphasized when building this home with its high ceilings, large open floorplan, disappearing pocket windows, and floor to ceiling glass which take full advantage of the sunlight and constant ocean breezes.

Natural regional materials were used for the stone floors and countertops and hardwood cabinets. The house is comfortably furnished with rattan and pillow furniture. Unobstructed ocean views can be seen from every room in the house. Every room has its own balcony with sliding door access.

Another unique feature of this home is the expansive roof area - `Techo Blanco` or White Rooftop Spa with its uncompromisable views in all directions! This lofty roof top spa space offers unmatched privacy and views. It has a large palapa complete with hammocks, hot/cold wet bar with benches and hanging swing, stone jacuzzi tub, giant yoga rug mat for exercise and lots of room for sunning all surrounded by zen gardens. The best part is that you can walk barefoot anytime and never burn your feet!

Other amenities include lush gardens, locked gated entrances, stairway to beach, room safe, available laundry service, and on-island management for immediate personalized attention and assistance. Property is situated within walking distance of town.

The infinity-edged swimming pool is in close proximity to the sea, giving the illusion of a continuous connection. Its full length infinity drop wall empties into a river rock basin on the beach side. It also has a waterfall which pours onto the sunning platform next to the adjoining jacuzzi. This sea side pool area has private balcony access from the second floor by a spiral staircase.

Both bedrooms have rolling-drawer dressers built right into the closet. The king size bedroom has incredible views with its corner wrap around window. The second bedroom has a twin and queen bed, to accommodate the possible fifth queen bed has built-in Halogen adjustable reading lamps on either double entranced bath with his/her vanity sinks and full length mirror. Glass block and Rainforest shower head with pressurized, heat-on-demand hot water earned Xanadu the distinction of `best shower on the island` from one top travel agent.

The full size kitchen has breakfast bar with high-backed stools. A six-burner gas stove top with oven, along with ample counter space makes this kitchen a joy for any cook to create in. Also included is full size fridge, microwave, coffer maker, cappuccino maker, blender, toaster and kitchenware.

Library corner has rolltop desk. Wi-fi is available from every corner of the property.

Two separate living rooms, one at each end of the house, allows you to enjoy both sunrises over the Caribbean, as well as sunsets over the Bay.

A centrally located dining room offers views of both sides, along with a pocket window wall which opens completely for `al fresco` dining.
